Mr. Jonathan C. Piekarski, together with his son, Joel, operates a cash grain farm near Fergus Falls, Minnesota. 

Jonathan has 20+ years experience as a director in the Farm Credit System, starting with the Federal Land Bank Association of Fergus Falls and remaining through the successive mergers to what is now AgCountry Farm Credit Services which is headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota.  In that capacity, Jonathan has served as vice-chair and chair of the board of directors of  Farm Credit Services of West Central, Minnesota, Moorhead and AgCountry FCS. 

Over his tenure he has been a member of the state stockholder advisory committee, state legislative advisory committee, board member and vice-chair of the Minnesota Federation of Farm Credit Stockholders, member of the Seventh Farm Credit District Federation Board, and the St. Paul Farm Credit Council which does legislative/lobbying activity on system issues. 

Jonathan currently serves Otter Tail Ag Enterprises as Vice President, and works on the communications and site selection committees. 

Jonathan is a graduate of the Alexandria Area Vocational Technical Institute and an alumnus of the MI LEAD program, jointly sponsored by the Universities of Minnesota and Iowa.
